In 2014-2015, I volunteered with Frederick County Public Library, my local community hub, to bring fresh energy to their events and outreach. Using my design skills, I created vibrant promotional posters for storytimes, workshops, and seasonal programs, along with custom library merchandise that captured the welcoming, playful spirit of the space.
This simple, heartfelt collaboration was a true win-win: it helped amplify library programming to families and kids in the area while giving back to the community that has supported me for years. The work blended creativity with purpose, proving that thoughtful design can make everyday community experiences more engaging and fun.
