I led the full creative strategy and execution, from big-picture narrative to on-site delivery, delivering an immersive experience that drew crowds, deepened partnerships, and drove a $1.1B influence pipeline with 17% YoY growth. This project set a new benchmark for PwC’s global conference presence.
The challenge
In a sea of high-tech booths, PwC’s activation had to stand out instantly as unmistakably PwC—confident yet approachable, innovative yet human—while driving genuine engagement, seamless traffic flow, and measurable conversations. With tight timelines, constrained budget, and coordination across internal teams (event, digital, brand) plus external vendors, every detail had to align perfectly.
Creative leadership and direction
I owned end-to-end creative direction: crafting the overarching story, designing immersive spatial layouts, interactive displays, and intuitive visitor journeys. From concept sketches to final builds, I orchestrated vendor production, cross-team alignment, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery.






We built a clean, minimalistic identity with warm, approachable energy that instantly signaled trust, momentum, and forward-thinking innovation. This single visual language extended seamlessly across digital/social assets, large-scale physical environments, and every touchpoint — creating a compounding brand story instead of fragmented pieces.








The campaign spanned formats—from motion/digital executions to massive physical builds, including one of the largest billboards in America. No two touchpoints were the same, stretching creative thinking while staying ruthlessly on-brand.
We reimagined the typical corporate lounge as an intimate, restorative “oasis” environment – fostering deeper connections and reinforcing PwC’s promise: we don’t just talk transformation, we deliver it. The cohesive, intentional visual system made PwC feel like center stage.
The result: a bold, seamless destination that drew constant crowds, sparked high-quality conversations, and earned strong internal recognition for engagement and execution excellence.
