The brief was simple but massive: take PwC’s legacy employee onboarding and transform it into a human, memorable, and proudly “PwC” first-day experience that actually makes new joiners excited to start. I led the end-to-end creative direction and art-directed a complete onboarding live event experience that replaced the old static materials.
This remains one of my favorite projects because it proves great creative direction isn’t just for external clients — when you treat your own people as the audience, the brand becomes something employees actually feel part of from day one.
